Pearls of Pride & Promise Cotillion

The prospective OLQ Community Debutante must submit a 500-word essay entailing the following criteria:

• Applicant must be a Junior, Senior, or Freshman in College

• Statement indicating desire and/or interest in participating in the Cotillion

• Financial Hardship that might otherwise hinder participation

• Community service work (hours) involvement and verification of such

• Extra-curricular school activities

• Membership in Organizations

• Ability to attend and participate in most (95%) of the Cotillion Activities

• Signed statement from parents in support of your participation

 

Note:

1. The Prospective OLQ Community Debutante understands that she will be responsible for her Cotillion Ball Gown, Ads (Minimum $2000.00), and required attire for Cotillion Events. The Cotillion participation fee will be covered by the members of Omicron Lambda Omega Chapter.

2. Attendance at rehearsals is mandatory and can only be missed due to sickness and/or a family emergency.
